How does a virtual mailbox work?

A virtual mailbox is a service that offer a real address. Once you confirm your mailbox number, you can use this to address just like a business or residential address.

• Mail Forwarding — Do you travel and fret about your mail piling up? We can forward it to you overnight, weekly, monthly, or on demand. There is a $5.00 charge for forwarding plus postage and materials.

What is the difference between a mailbox at Rent A Mailbox and a PO Box at the post office?

With a mailbox at Rent A Mailbox, you get a real street address, not a P.O. Box number. Courier don't deliver to P.O. Box number. You can't register a business with P.O. Box number. All of this is possible with our mailbox solution.

Do you accept package deliveries as well as regular mail?

Yes, we accept both mail and packages our location. Treat your new address as a home address or business address.

Can I rent a Mailbox address be used as a home or business address?

Yes, all of our mailbox addresses can be used for personal or business use. With the Suite Number and Street Address, it is acceptable to open bank account and also for any official Government application form.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What forms of identification documents are acceptable?

Primary ID (photo required)

·       State-issued driver’s license

·       Non-driver’s identification card

·       U.S. Armed Forces card

·       Uniformed Service ID card

·       U.S. permanent resident or other identification card issued by U.S.

·       Citizenship and Immigration Services

·       U.S. certificate of citizenship or naturalization

·       Identification card issued by a federally or state recognized tribal nation

Secondary ID (address required)

·       Home or vehicle insurance policy

Can other people pick up my mail at my mailbox?

Yes, you can authorize another person to pick up your mail by lending them the key to your mailbox or send us a message from the designate email account notifying us of a counter pickup.

Is your service secure?

Yes, security is very important to us, and we make sure your personal information and mail are kept safe. No more worrying about having your mail stolen along with your identity.

How much does a virtual mailbox cost?

The cost depends on how much mail you receive and if you take advantage of additional services, like scanning, forwarding, or shredding. 

Our plans start at:

- $9.99 per month for up to 30 pieces of mail/packages
- $1.00 for each item over 30 per month
